Our staff are carefully selected and thoroughly screened, they go through right to work requirements screened by DBS, with an emphasis on having vast experience in the field and a real compassionate high quality care for our clients.
Our staff recognises well and promote human rights approach, and also the awareness of respecting diversity and promoting equality in all our diverse care sectors.
Our staff have management support, training and professional development, supervision and yearly appraisals to carry out their role effectively responsible. We support our staff to obtain further qualifications and evidence is a requirement.
Our staff will come to your home for as long or short a period of time as required.
Generally, this is from half an hour onward. A sit in service is available during the daytime to allow for a relative or main carer to have a break.
A night carer may also come to either sit, or sleep in the house, in order to provide care or company at night.
